This is your chance to bring your knowledge and experience of working with young people in an educational, community, museum or gallery context to this exciting role. You’ll use your planning and administrative skills to help deliver a programme of workshops and events for young people aged 15 – 25, championing Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden as inclusive venues for young audiences. You’ll lead the peer-led young person’s group, Tate Collective Producers, and support them to research, devise and deliver events, workshops and resources which engage diverse audiences, both in the galleries and online, ensuring that they are properly resourced and delivered on time.

Your strong project management skills and collaborative working style means that you’ll be able to organise logistics for small to large events, with the ability to co-ordinate people and oversee budgets.
