Job Description

Watts Gallery Trust is looking for an experienced manager to lead the Retail and Admission operations. This is an exciting time in the development of Watts Gallery Artists' Village and the successful candidate will play a key role in the development of the Pottery Building which is the home of our commercial activities.

You will have the drive and commitment to continue our excellent track record in welcoming visitors and offering an exciting shopping experience that maximises sales and enhances our reputation. You will lead a small team of part time staff (currently six) and volunteers.

You will be commercially minded, sales driven, have an eye for detail and a flair for retail, have experience of managing retail and ticketing systems, and be passionate about delivering excellent service. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and other senior managers and will play an influential role in developing an outstanding front of house operation across the Artists' Village.
