HRweb Tech Srl, in order to facilitate the matching of supply and demand for labour, offers the companies the opportunity to contact candidates who have chosen to enter the curriculum in our database through Artribune Jobs.
For this reason, HRweb Tech Srl requires the person concerned to provide all the necessary information to identify their own training and professional experience, their interests relating to career and training and all the information required for a fast contact.
HRweb Tech Srl undertakes to use the information received, in compliance with the existing regulatory framework and, in particular, in accordance with the provisions protecting the confidentiality of personal data. In this regard, in adherence to the specifications provided pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 (relating to the protection of personal data), HRweb Tech Srl invites you to take a look at what specified below.
1 . Modalities and purposes of data processing.
Modalities
Data will be processed by HRweb Tech Srl on paper, computer or on telematic support.
The system and the computer programs used by HRweb Tech Srl have been configured in such a way as to reduce as much as possible the use of the received identification data.
About such data HRweb Tech Srl will ensure:
1 . the exact registration, so that they correspond to those declared by the person concerned;
2 . the upgrade to any notice of variation of the person concerned;
3 . the storage in a form which permits the identification of the person concerned for a period of time not exceeding the necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Purposes
In order to facilitate the matching of supply and demand for labour and the professional retraining, HRweb Tech Srl may ask to enter on its website Artribune Jobs some of the identification and personal data of the person concerned.
HRweb Tech Srl reserves the right to remove from its archives the received data, where these, after inspection, prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
HRweb Tech Srl may also ask to submit further data necessary to inform about its initiatives and activities, and take all that data useful to know the feedback about the services offered in order to increase quality and usability. With the same purpose, HRweb Tech Srl may use all data for statistical goals, while preserving the anonymity of the person concerned.
The provision of the data required by HRweb Tech Srl is optional. However, refusing to provide your personal data would make it impossible to evaluate your experience and professional skills. By providing the information requested, the person concerned is aware of explicitly authorize its treatment by HRweb Tech Srl for all the purposes mentioned above.
2 . Sensitive data and minors
2.1 Where the information provided to HRweb Tech Srl includes sensitive data (i.e. data revealing racial or ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership to parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical, political associations, and data disclosing health or sexual life), such data may be processed by HRweb Tech Srl only with the express written consent of the person concerned. In case of communication of sensitive data, the person concerned shall authorize the treatment through a special letter addressed to HRweb Tech Srl (Via Manzoni,12 - 20121 Milano), with the following content "The undersigned ______________, pursuant to and by effect of art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, authorizes HRweb Tech Srl to treat and to disclose to third parties their sensitive data for the purposes specified in the document."
We also invite you to omit information not relevant to the specific purpose mentioned above.
2.2 The data relating to minors will be used and processed by HRweb Tech Srl, with the purposes set out in paragraph 1, only if a parent or guardian have given their consent.
3 . Communications and Data Transfer
Communications
HRweb Tech Srl communicates to third parties the personal data provided only to the extent that the disclosure is necessary for the execution of its business and to achieve the purposes set out in paragraph 1, and in case it is legally due. Therefore, the personal and identifying information will be disclosed, among other things, to:
a) workers or employers interested, respectively, in the job position or in the professional profile of the candidate;
b ) schools and training institutions interested in getting in touch with those who have left their personal information in order to inform them about their training courses, masters or events;
c) companies related to HRweb Tech Srl at a shareholding level;
d) companies which maintain active marketing or commercial partnership with HRweb Tech Srl;
e) public or private institutions, as far as the fulfilment of legal obligations is concerned;
f ) companies dealing with statistical calculations and market researches.
Data Transfer
Pursuant to and by effect of art. 43 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, in order to facilitate the matching of supply and demand of labour and the professional retraining, HRweb Tech Srl may transfer your personal data outside the EU, in foreign countries too.
At any time, the applicant may request that HRweb Tech Srl erases from its database the data supplied to it. Nevertheless HRweb Tech Srl, being understood the obligation to notify the cancellation request to the parties to whom the data have been communicated, does not assume any liability in case that such persons will continue to keep them.

4 . Rights of the Person Concerned
In relation to the processing of data, we also inform that pursuant to and by effect of art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, the person concerned is entitled to exercise the rights, which for convenience are entirely quoted in “Art. 7 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights):
1 . The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not registered yet, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2 . The person concerned has the right to obtain information about:
a. the source of personal data;
b . the purposes and methods of treatment;
c . the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d. the identification data concerning the owner, manager and the representative designed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3 . The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b . erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c . certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4 . The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b . to the processing of personal data concerning them, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or something else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
5 . Owner of the processing of personal data
