Given that:
The conditions of use described here are applicable to:

  • the companies which consult the database of Artribune Jobs,
  • the curricula present in Artribune Jobs and
  • the conduct of the registered users to our website. All users must accept these rules of use before completing the registration process.

Conditions of Use for Companies and Users
1. Both companies and users during the registration must fill in all fields with accurate and truthful information.
In particular, pursuant to and by effect of art. 10 Legislative Decree no. 276/03 it is prohibited to pre-select or select workers on the basis of:

  • personal belief
  • political or trade union membership
  • religious belief
  • gender
  • sexual orientation
  • marital or family status
  • pregnancy
  • age
  • disability
  • race
  • ethnic origin
  • colour
  • ancestry
  • national origin
  • language group
  • health condition
  • any disputes with previous employers

2. The jobs offered to candidates must propose legally binding contracts.
Artribune Jobs will not allow the publication of job offers:

  • requiring money to the candidate for the evaluation of the application;
  • dealing with multilevel or multi-utility business (Multi Level Marketing);
  • published by companies not legally constituted;
  • dealing with the adult entertainment industry;
  • providing for registration of minors without the legal protection of their parents or guardians;
  • susceptible to deceit or concerning any agreement breaching the current regulations.

3. If you receive any inappropriate offer by Artribune Jobs, please contact us through the contact numbers available on our website.
4. The company which violates current regulations takes sole responsibility for all damages, exempting Artribune Jobs from any liability.
5. Protect your password. If other people misuse Artribune using your account, you run the risk of losing access to the service.
6. Artribune Jobs can not control one by one all the published curriculum and job offers, so it can not take responsibility for their contents. In any case, periodically and to the extent possible, CVs and Job offers are checked, to ensure that they meet our Conditions of Use.
7. Artribune Jobs does not allow the spread of unauthorized commercial email. Users involved in this activity will have their account suspended.
8. Companies and users agree not to use the services offered by Artribune Jobs for any unlawful or illegal purpose. They also agree not to post or submit content, ads or CV which are libelous, slanderous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, racist, discriminatory or causing hate, anger, discomfort, embarrassment, distress or harassment to people, or including links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by the discretion of Artribune Jobs.
Companies and users whose job offers or resumés violate any of these conditions will be removed from our website.
The interpretation of the Conditions of Use is Artribune Jobs sole responsibility. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice or notification.
